The Weekly Reset
Sometimes you just need somewhere to put it down.
This is just a dedicated thirty minutes each week where you show up, say what's on your mind, and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
The first 15 minutes are yours. Bring whatever's sitting heaviest. A stress you can't shake, an emotion you keep pushing past, a habit you want to break, something you can't quite name but can feel. We talk it through.
Then the next 15 minutes, we tap through it together using EFT. A STRESS REDUCTION technique that works directly on the nervous system to release what's been building up.
You can audio record of each session to come back to whenever you need it in future too.

Balanced Foundations
Productivity in its hustle-infected glory is not the solution to burnout.
The standard advice is to get more organised, optimise your schedule, batch your tasks. And maybe you've tried it. Maybe it even worked for a while. But productivity systems built on urgency and output don't account for the fact that you're dysregulated and running on empty. And when you're depleted, adding more structure just becomes another thing to juggle or even fail at.
Balanced foundations starts somewhere different. Instead of asking how you can do more, it asks: how can you organise your time in a way that actually protects you? That builds rest in rather than squeezing it out? That comes from a place of steadiness rather than survival?
