Productivity in its hustle-infected glory is not the solution to burnout.
The standard advice is to get more organised, optimise your schedule, batch your tasks. And maybe you've tried it. Maybe it even worked for a while. But productivity systems built on urgency and output don't account for the fact that you're dysregulated and running on empty. And when you're depleted, adding more structure just becomes another thing to juggle or even fail at.
Balanced foundations starts somewhere different. Instead of asking how you can do more, it asks: how can you organise your time in a way that actually protects you? That builds rest in rather than squeezing it out? That comes from a place of steadiness rather than survival?
Spread over 6 weeks:
  • One teaching session (approx. 1 hour, groups of 1–3) - Learn the ABP Method, get fully set up, ask questions
  • 3 × 45 minute one-to-one coaching sessions - work through what comes up, shift the beliefs that get in the way, make it stick
