What's included

Spread across 6 weeks:

One teaching session (approx. 1 hour, 1-3 people per session) This is where you learn the Balanced Foundations method properly. Not a quick overview, but a full walkthrough so you finish the session completely set up and ready to use it. Small group means you get real time to ask questions and get it working for your actual life.

3 × 45 minute one-to-one coaching sessions This is where the real work happens. We take what's come up since you started using the method: the resistance, the beliefs, the moments where it fell apart and we coach through it. Because a planning system is only as good as your ability to actually stick with it, and that's rarely just a time management problem 😉.

Balanced Foundations quick-reference checklist So you always know what you're doing

Weekly review worksheets A simple structure for checking in with yourself each week: what worked, what didn't, what needs adjusting. Builds the self-awareness that makes the whole thing stick and allows your to expand your success over time.
