THE WEEKLY RESET — TERMS OF BUSINESS

Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

1. Nature of service The Weekly Reset is a package of 10 one-to-one EFT tapping sessions of 30 minutes each, delivered via Google Meet by Laura Ferrara of Going for Something LLC. Each session includes up to 15 minutes of conversation followed by up to 15 minutes of guided EFT tapping. A recording of each session will be provided to you for your personal use following each appointment if applicable. Only the services listed in these terms are included.

2. Booking and scheduling Sessions are to be booked and confirmed once payment is received. All 10 sessions must be booked and completed within 12 weeks of the date of your first session. Sessions not used within this window will be forfeited unless an extension has been agreed in writing with Laura in advance.

3. Cancellations, late attendance and rescheduling

On your part: Where you provide more than 72 hours notice prior to a scheduled session, Laura will reschedule at a mutually agreed time subject to availability. Where notice is provided within 72 hours of a scheduled session, rescheduling is at Laura's discretion. In the case of a no-show without prior notification, no rescheduling can be expected, though Laura may grant this at her discretion where circumstances warrant it.

On Laura's part: Where Laura cancels with more than 72 hours notice, she will reschedule at a time convenient to you. Where Laura cancels within 72 hours of a scheduled session, she will reschedule and provide one additional session at no charge.

How to reschedule: Please notify Laura via email or WhatsApp.

4. Refunds A full refund may be requested up to 7 days after purchase, provided no sessions have taken place. Once any session has been attended, no refund will be issued for that session or any remaining sessions in the package. No refund will be issued after 7 days of purchase regardless of sessions attended.

5. Session recordings Recordings of sessions are available on request. If you would like a session recorded and the recording provided to you, please notify Laura in advance of that session. Recordings are for your personal use only and are not to be shared with or distributed to third parties.

6. Scope of service — not a substitute for professional care By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) EFT tapping is a self-help coaching tool and does not constitute medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, counselling, or any other form of licensed professional care; (b) EFT does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association or any other regulatory body; (c) the effects of EFT tapping are not guaranteed; (d) if you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that you inform them of the nature of this programme; and (e) it is your sole responsibility to seek qualified medical, psychological or legal advice where needed. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential by Laura. Your personal details and identifying information will not be shared with third parties. You acknowledge that Laura may use anonymised insights, patterns or themes from client work for educational, content or marketing purposes in a way that does not identify you as an individual. Where Laura wishes to share your specific story with any identifying details, your explicit written consent will always be sought first and you are under no obligation to agree.

8. Limitation of liability Laura makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the outcomes of this programme. EFT tapping is a complementary self-help tool and individual results will vary. In no event shall Laura be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Laura's total liability under this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you for this package.

9. Complaints Laura is committed to providing a high quality experience. If you have any concerns, please contact her directly. All complaints will be looked into carefully and promptly with a view to resolving them reasonably.

10. Applicable law This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
